I Am Not Infected! is a darkly humorous survival simulator that throws you into a chaotic world hit by nuclear fallout, a zombie outbreak, and a bizarre virus all at once. As a quarantine inspector, you must judge who’s sane or infected while uncovering eerie secrets, strange coworkers, and a mysterious “Captain” pulling the strings.
